Moments ago I walked out of the Senate Judiciary Committee hearing on Kavanaugh. This hearing is a sham and Dr. Ford and the American people deserve better.— Kamala Harris (@KamalaHarris) September 28, 2018
This follows a call from the American Bar Association last night to delay the vote on Brett Kavanaugh's Supreme Court confirmation until the allegations of sexual assault by Dr. Christine Blasey Ford and others have been investigated by the F.B.I.
The American Bar Association had previously given Kavanaugh its full-throated approval.
