A Virginia police officer tased and used pepper spray on a man who was reportedly having a stroke because he wasn't responding.

I'm not anti-police. The reason I post these videos is to show that police are, indeed, fallible. That's not a horrible thing. But when the only thing coming out of these stories is some kind of defense, it's important to acknowledge anyone can make a mistake.
