"All-American Boy" Steve Grand on GOOD MORNING AMERICA


"All-American Boy" singer/songwriter Steve Grand appeared on Good Morning America to chat on the success of his viral music video, his parents sending him to "gay conversion" therapy upon learning he was gay, and their subsequent acceptance of him.
