Great marriage of song and movie. I remember this time in my life. Very difficult, very bright, very alive.

    Fantastic film - through and though. Every character has heart and is so well written. The angst of being a gay teen and the unconditional love of his mother is beautifully portrayed.
    It is a special film as is a similar American effort, "The Edge of 17". Two "must sees" for all.
