UK Radio Host James O'Brien Decimates Anti-LGBT Caller With One Question

Discussing homosexuality and religion on his LBC radio show in the UK, host James O'Brien shut down a "Christian" caller named Daniel with just one question.

"What did Jesus say in the Bible about homosexuality?"

Scrabbling for an answer, Daniel begins: "Well, in 1 Corinthians…”

But O'Brien cuts in to point out that the First Corinthians is "a letter written by someone who never met Jesus."

He adds: "1 Corinthians is a letter that St Paul wrote. What did Jesus say, on the record, in the Bible about homosexuality?"

As Daniel struggles to answer, O'Brien keeps on coming.

"It’s a simple question. What did he say? You can say nothing, because that’s the true answer, or you can carry on blustering," he says.

In all, O'Brien asks Daniel what Jesus said about homosexuality an incredible 27 times.

He tells the befuddled caller: "Listen, you have a great day. May God go with you. You can't answer the question about Jesus... which is kind of the point. Which leads me to conclude what you're really terrified of Daniel is something that's going on inside of you."

Conservative Radio Host Suggests Slavery As An Answer To Illegal Immigration

This week, Iowa-based conservative radio host Jan Mickelson took to the airwaves to share HIS solution to illegal immigration in the United States - “compelled labor,” or, something commonly known as slavery.

Mickelson is an extreme right-wing WHO Radio host and a close ally of Rep. Steve King of Iowa.

On his Monday morning radio show, Mickelson broke down his approach - instead of rounding up every undocumented worker in Iowa, he’d simply put up signs warning undocumented workers to get out or become indentured slaves.

I would put them on the end of the highway, on western part of the interstate system, and I’d put them on the eastern side of the state, right there on the interstate system, and in the north on the Minnesota border, and on the south Kansas and Missouri border and I would just say this: “As of this date… 30 to 60 days from now anyone who is in the state of Iowa that who is not here legally and who cannot demonstrate their legal status to the satisfaction of the local and state authorities here in the State of Iowa, become property of the State of Iowa.” So if you are here without our permission, and we have given you two months to leave, and you’re still here, and we find that you’re still here after we we’ve given you the deadline to leave, then you become property of the State of Iowa. And we have a job for you. And we start using compelled labor, the people who are here illegally would therefore be owned by the state and become an asset of the state rather than a liability and we start inventing jobs for them to do.

[…] We’re going to invite the illegal Mexicans and illegal aliens to build [a border wall]. If you have come across the border illegally, again give them another 60-day guideline: “You need to go home and leave this jurisdiction, and if you don’t you become property of the United States, and guess what? You will be building a wall. We will compel your labor. You would belong to these United States. You show up without an invitation, you get to be an asset. You get to be a construction worker. Cool!”

Later in the radio show, a caller asked if this sounded a lot like slavery. Mickelson's completely sober answer?

"Well, what’s wrong with slavery?"

Florida radio host urges listeners to call Obamacare and take up time so others can't sign up

"I am asking all of you who care about the future of this nation to simply do two things:

"1) Set aside some time to place a phone call to the official Obama Care Exchange Hotline (number below) . When you get someone on the line ask as many questions about Obama care that you can come up with. Take lots of time. If you can make at least three calls next week that will add up if thousands or even millions of us do it! This will be effective because if we overload the system with calls from those of us who do not want Obama Care, those seeking this entitlement will not be able to access it as easily thus generating further doubts about the entire program. Please be polite and just occupy as much of his/her time that you can!

So if you hear reports that folks aren't signing up for Obamacare, there's one reason why. You've got kooks like this advocating tying up the phone lines so those who need healthcare can't sign up.

Through her career Leslie has sung with many artists including Celine Dion on “My Heart will Go On” – from the movie “Titanic” (for which Leslie won the Grammy) and Thomas Dolby on his latest album “Forty” (featured on “Hyperactive”). She sang the original soundtrack song, “Six Times Around the Sun” for the CBS mini-series, "Perfect Murder, Perfect Town."
