I've been working on this video for about a year. Lots of injuries and set backs in between but it was worth the trouble. There are some seriously awesome window jumps here =P. While watching also keep in mind that I weigh 90 kg =D.

Impressive obstacle course run by five foot tall college gymnast on American Ninja Warrior

I don't know the show - apparently it airs on NBC Mondays at 9pm.

But you have to watch Kacy Catanzaro, a former Towson University gymnast, whip through this obstacle course. She's five feet tall and weighs 100 pounds.

And she just became the first woman to reach American Ninja Warrior's finals with this run.

I couldn't even begin to get across this thing. Watch and you'll be cheering for her, too.

Warwick Rowers tease 2015 Calendar pics

For several years, members of Warwick University’s Rowing Club pose naked for a charity calendar. The proceeds go to help tackle homophobia in sport.

The 2014 calendar saw funds go to the Sport Allies programme, which helps young people who are victims of bullying, homophobia and self-esteem issues.

The rowers have already started teasing the 2015 calendar by leaking several pics on their Twitter account.

Nashville Grizzlies Rugby players offer naked calendar for fund-raising

The Nashville Grizzlies, a USA Rugby Division III club, needs your help and they’re willing to give the shirts off their broad backs to prove it.

While the Grizzlies have published their naked calendar for three years,  this time around they’ve brought professional photographer Chris Malone onboard to handle the touch job of shooting the athletes.

Funds raised from sales of the calendar will go towards sending the Grizzlies to the 2014 Bingham Cup — named in honor of Mark Bingham who died on United Airlines Flight 93 during the September 11, 2001 attacks — in Sydney, Australia.

Olympic figure skater Johnny Weir asks the world to NOT boycott Olympic Games in Russia

"The fact that Russia is arresting my people, and openly hating a minority and violating human rights all over the place is heartbreaking and a travesty of international proportions. I respect the LGBT community full heartedly, but I implore the world not to boycott the Olympic Games because of Russia’s stance on LGBT rights or lack thereof. I beg the gay athletes not to forget their missions and fight for a chance to dazzle the world.
