Martha Wash celebrates 30 years of "It's Raining Men" on Letterman

Can you believe it's been 30 years since we first heard "It's Raining Men?"

And Martha Wash still sounds fantastic.

Many people may not know that Paul Schaffer, music director for David Letterman, co-wrote the song with Paul Jabara back in the 1970s.

In order to celebrate the 30th anniversary of disco classic “It’s Raining Men,” Sony Music decided to re-release the single with an album cover photographed by Mike Ruiz. And what better way to celebrate the hit than by placing its original singer in the center of a bunch of half-naked, oiled-up muscle-men?

Let it rain, kids, let it rain.
