Christmas Music: Olivia Newton-John & Jon Secada "Every Time It Snows"
It's not often one of the newer holiday songs comes along and actually sticks with me, but I've been smitten with "Every Time It Snows" from my first listening.
But the romantic nature of the lyrics and the soaring vocals by Grammy winners Olivia Newton-John and Jon Secada just kill me.
I love the little moment at the end between the two superstars :)

Grammy Award winner Jon Secada may be heading to a residency at The Wynn Hotel in Las Vegas

| Grammy Award winner Jon Secada with Michael Caprio at Chippendales in Las Vegas |
My husband Michael featured on the homepage of the Las Vegas Sun today with his (shirtless) client, Grammy Award-winner Jon Secada.
Rumors are flying that Secada will be taking up a long term residency at The Wynn Resort in the very near future. Yay!
The pic above was taken not too long ago when Jon visited the Chippendales at the Rio Hotel and Casino and came out on stage in the signature "cuffs & collar" as a surprise for his wife who was in the audience.
Jon looks preeeeeetty amazing, no?

Jon Secada & Deborah Cox "Still I Rise" at Life Ball 2012
Huge song by Jon Secada and Deborah Cox based on the poem by Maya Angelou; performed at the Life Ball in Vienna.
Life Ball is the world’s most extravagant HIV/AIDS benefit. Held annually in the beautiful historical city of Vienna, Austria, Life Ball combines the great Viennese Ball tradition with glamorous, outlandish performances and inspirational speeches. Organized by AIDS LIFE, Life Ball has raised more than $22 million during the past 19 years for HIV/AIDS projects worldwide through partnerships with amfAR, the William J. Clinton Foundation, the Elton John AIDS Foundation, and UNAIDS. Through the Life Ball, AIDS LIFE has been a major supporter of amfAR's TREAT Asia Pediatric HIV/AIDS Initiative.
Past Life Ball attendees have included President Bill Clinton, Sharon Stone, Heidi Klum, Eva Longoria, Liza Minnelli, Elton John, Katy Perry, Kylie Minogue, Janet Jackson, and many others. Each year, top fashion designers are invited to take part in an extravagant live fashion show. These designers have included Jean-Paul Gaultier, John Galliano, Roberto Cavalli, Donatella Versace, Vivienne Westwood, Diane Von Furstenberg, Kenneth Cole and Calvin Klein.
Let's give it up for Deborah and Jon. The kids can still seriously sing.

Jon Secada sings about his father - "a huge source of spirituality"
With the lyrics, "You're the difference/You're the one/There's no compromise," Secada is sending a different kind of message.
"The song is an extension of my feelings and my thoughts, especially because of my relationship with my Dad," Secada said during a recent visit to CBSNews.com. "I learned so much," Secada said about the virus infection that affects nearly 3.2 million Americans -- 1 million of whom are Hispanic-Americans.
He's using what he learned by becoming part of the national health campaign, Tune In To Hep C, which also features Natalie Cole and blues-rocker Gregg Allman as spokespeople. They both have suffered from chronic Hepatitis C.
"It's a campaign that's really dear to my heart," Secada, 49, said.
Approximately 70 to 80 percent of people newly infected with the disease don't have symptoms.
"The whole idea is for people to know and learn," Secada said. "I wish I had the opportunity to pass that on to my father."
The Cuban-born, Miami-based singer says his dad was a "huge source of spirituality" for him.
"My father had so much spirit," he said. "He was a hard-worker, a provider."
"The Voice Inside" will appear on Secada's upcoming album, due out later this year. It marks two decades since the release of his self-titled debut and the subsequent singles "Just Another Day," "Angel" and "Do You Believe in Us."
