Jersey Shore's 'Vinny G' Rocks The House At Chippendales

Jersey Shore star Vinny Guadagnino packed the house in Las Vegas last night as he begins his five week stint as Celebrity Guest Host with the iconic men of Chippendales at the Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino.

Before the show, Vinny took to the red carpet to ‘strike a pose’ with the Chipps and give a taste of what’s to come.

Vinny unfortunately suffered a severe sprained ankle earlier in the week, but he took to the stage in a surprise appearance on Thursday night to let the crowd know he wasn’t letting that get in the way of putting on a show for the audience.

“Now, you may notice I’m walking with a little ‘gangster lean’ cause I went a little too hard beating up the beat last night, but it’s ok,” he told the crowd. “I’m still here to party with you guys.”

“And, my hands still work, so you know what that means…” he added as he slowly unzipped his hoodie to reveal his “Keto Guido” abs.

Guadagnino is the latest in a line of guest stars at Chippendales which has included international super-model Tyson Beckford, America’s Next Top Model & Dancing with the Stars champ Nyle DiMarco, 90210 & Sharknado star Ian Ziering, and Joey Lawrence, among others.

Vinny Guadagnino joins the Chippendales through May 26, 2019 (Friday through Sunday performances) at Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino.

Vinny Guadagnino Will Make It "Gym, Tan, Strip!" As New Chippendales Celeb Guest Host

The men of Chippendales will soon be welcoming reality star Vinny Guadagnino as their next celebrity guest host in Las Vegas.

The 31-year-old, who first grabbed the national spotlight in 2009 as a cast member of the uber-popular MTV series Jersey Shore, will be grabbing the host mic starting April 26 for five weeks at the Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada.

“I have spent a lot of time in Vegas, I love it there,” says the Now, to be cast as guest host of Chippendales – WOW!, let’s do this!,” says Guadagnino. “I guess my ‘Keto Guido’ diet is working!”

Guadagnino recently shed 50 pounds thanks to revamping his nutritional intake via the Keto Diet.

The Keto Diet focuses on minimizing carbohydrate intake and upping high quality fats.

He’s even launched an Instagram account, named KetoGuido, so fans can follow his progress.

This won’t be Guadagnino’s first visit to the Chippendales: Last year, he and the cast of Jersey Shore Family Vacation shot an episode of the MTV reboot at Chippendales.

And his Jersey Shore co-star, Ronnie Ortiz-Magro, guest-hosted the Chipps muscle-fest for one night in 2011.

Guadagnino is just the latest in a line of guest stars at Chippendales which has included international super-model Tyson Beckford, America’s Next Top Model & Dancing with the Stars champ Nyle DiMarco, 90210 & Sharknado star Ian Ziering, and Joey Lawrence, among others.

The high energy show, consistently voted “Best Male Revue” in Las Vegas, features the men in a mix of current dance music set against high-tech LED walls. And yes, men are always welcome at Chippendales.

You can check out Chippendales nightly at 8:30 p.m., with additional shows at 10:30 p.m. on Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

Former Jersey Shore character backpedals on anti-gay comments

Former Jersey Shore star Angelina Pivarnick is backpedaling on an anti-gay rant that brought her a good deal of criticism this week.

In a recent online debate with gay singer Adam Barta, Pivarnick had said gay couples shouldn’t marry, adding, “If you want to date each other, fine. We’ll see how it works. But in the end, they should really go and marry the other type.” She also said she had kissed other women in bars and had offers of sex from them, which she turned down.

Now Pivarnick tells TMZ that many of her gay friends have informed her “how ignorant my comments were.” She offers an apology to anyone who was offended and adds, “I’m starting to understand that no one should be denied the chance at happiness that marriage brings.”

Pivarnick appeared on the first two seasons of the reality show.

On Thursday,August 30, MTV announced that the upcoming sixth season of “Jersey Shore” will be its last, bringing the party to a close after three years, two continents and one lil’ bambino (not to mention countless punch-ups, blow-outs and catch phrases.)

he final season of "Jersey Shore" kicks off on Thursday, October 4, at 10 p.m. ET/PT, but MTV will commemorate the end of the show with a hot tub full of farewell programming, beginning Thursday, September 6, with a one-hour retrospective, called, appropriately enough, "Gym, Tan, Look Back."

Jersey Shore - Mike "The Situation" walks out of Reunion show

Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino walks off the stage of the Jersey Shore Season 5 Reunion show set to air tonight.

According to NY Daily News, the reality star issued a statement to set the record straight about his recent trip to rehab:

"I have voluntarily taken steps to get control of a prescription medication problem I had due to exhaustion," he said in the statement. "I have spent the past several weeks getting treatment for this problem and recuperating from my work and appearance schedule. I appreciate my fans support and love you guys."

Sorrentino went through alcohol detox prior to checking into the Cirque Lodge in Utah, and cited club appearances for the reality show as a primary factor leading to his alcohol abuse.

Season 6 of Jersey Shore will happen - with new cast member?

Snooki promised at the end of the latest season of "Jersey Shore" that she'd be back for more Seaside Heights, New Jersey, shenanigans, and she wasn't lying.

MTV News has confirmed that there will be another season of the "Shore" — with mom-to-be Snooki joining her pals.

Jersey Shore's "Pauly D" signs on as resident DJ at Harrah's Atlantic City

DJ Paul "Pauly D" DelVecchio will become a resident DJ at The Pool at Harrah's, the swimming pool/nightclub at Harrah's Resort Atlantic City.

His debut performance is scheduled for March 31, with another on April 28. A Harrah's spokeswoman says the casino hopes to have him perform at least nine times during the year.

DelVecchio was voted the eighth-best DJ in America in 2010 by Vibe magazine.

The pool has become one of Atlantic City's hottest nightspots, with celebrity appearances booked throughout the year.

Well, apparently the current cast is out after the upcoming fifth season.

TMZ reports MTV will be replacing the original cast with new, less expensive folks after the fifth season airs.

But don't think the 'originals' are going anywhere. Several seem to have spin-off series.

Jersey Shore: Snooki crashes into Italian police car

From The Daily Beast: On Monday afternoon at 4:30 p.m., Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi plowed one of the cast’s blue Fiat Multipla cars into the back of a police vehicle while driving on one of the side streets outside Florence’s city center. She then managed to wedge her dark blue car between the cop car and a cement barrier, scraping the passenger side and badly damaging the Jersey Shore vehicle. Deena Cortese, who was in the front passenger seat, had to exit the car through an open window. The impact was so violent that one of the police officers was treated with a neck brace and taken from the scene by ambulance.

Snooki was then taken into custody but has not been formally charged with any crime, pending the results of a drug test and reports on the condition of the driver. The producers of MTV told local reporters that no alcohol was involved in the accident, but the police were seen administering a breathalyzer test just to be sure, no doubt based on the cast’s reputation. Snooki was arrested for public drunkenness last summer, and her other housemates are all known for their debauchery.

This time Snooki could be in serious trouble. Italian court cases are painfully niggling and not always friendly to foreigners—just ask Amanda Knox. Trials often take years to complete for even the most banal infractions. If the police officer is deemed to be truly injured beyond simple whiplash, and if Snooki is found to be negligent, she may face serious charges. One of the obvious downsides for a reality TV star is that every moment of their life is captured on tape. This might prove lucky for the Florentine police, though. No matter what happens, they will most surely sequester MTV’s footage of the accident to see exactly what happened.

Jersey Shore: Ronnie and 'The Situation' have major fist fight

Ronnie and 'The Situation' - both of MTV's Jersey Shore - got into a MAJOR fist fight with each other last night in Italy.

According to TMZ - and based on the post-brawl pictures - Mike 'The Situation' got his butt kicked.

The two arrived separately back to their apartment hours later — Situation has red marks covering his face around his left eye.  Ronnie’s knuckles were torn up and bleeding.  Details surrounding the fight are still unclear — but big surprise - rumors are it all began with a blowout between Ronnie and Sammi.

I know Ronnie's temper has been a big part of what made him famous on the TV show. But having met him a little earlier this year when he was a special guest for the Chippendales at the Rio Hotel and Casino, he was very cordial and friendly.

Jersey Shore taping in Italy delayed

From Entertainment Weekly: MTV has confirmed that production of Jersey Shore‘s fourth season, set to shoot in Florence, Italy, has been postponed, partly due to a visit from the country’s president, Giorgio Napolitano.

The network said in a statement, “Production on Jersey Shore will begin this week, following the Italian presidential visit to Florence. In the ongoing spirit of cooperation, we’re waiting until his official visit concludes to start filming.”

Reports say Snooki is very disappointed. She was really looking forward to seeing the Eiffel Tower.

Jersey Shore's Angelina disses "The Situation"

From the Advocate: Jersey Shore star Angelina was appearing on a morning radio show in North Carolina when she suggested that "The Situation" didn't know how to make a girl want to have sex with him and she thinks he might be gay.

In an interview with 107.5 WZKL, Angelina said: "I didn't have sex with him but to be honest with you, to get a girl riled up to the point where you want to have sex, he doesn't even know how to do that. I honestly feel like he's in the closet right now, he doesn't want to come out...He's lame, he's not all that. Ladies he's not all that...He doesn't even know what he's doing. He's like a dead fish. He just sits there...You never know these days. More power to him if he's gay."

Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino has previously dismissed rumors he's gay, and though he was reportedly caught off guard at appearing on the cover of The Village Voice's Queer Issue in 2010, he said he was happy to do it for his gay fan base.
