Taking questions today in the White House Rose Garden, Donald Trump insulted ABC News reporter Cecilia Vega.
After acknowledging Vega, Trump took a second to tell the crowd, "She's shocked that I picked her."
As Vega began to say, "I'm not, thank you..." Trump misheard her and interrupted saying, "That's ok, I know you're not thinking, you never do."
Vega: "I'm sorry?"
Trump: "No, go ahead..." (smirk)
