The tweet related to the wait for a decision from the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals regarding Trump's immigration policy.
But the "EASY D" found readers a bit perplexed. While he probably meant "easy decision," some folks thought Trump might be going for the chill vibe. Others headed in a whole different direction.
