In light of the "low on substance, high on innuendo" letter from FBI Director James Comey to members of Congress regarding the discovery of emails which might (or might not) be significant in the FBI's investigation into Hillary Clinton's emails, Judd Legum of ThinkProgress helped Mr. Comey out and tweaked the now infamous letter to be more accurate.
