Donald Trump Says If He Loses Election, It Will Be Because Of "Rigged System"

Donald Trump, trailing in the polls and suffering over statements about fallen soldiers' families, is laying the groundwork for a loss come November.

And get ready - it won't be his fault. Why? Because obviously the "system is rigged."

From the Wall Street Journal:

Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump on Monday cast doubt on the legitimacy of the November general election, expanding on his long-running theme that the political process is stacked against him.

“I’m afraid the election is going to be rigged, I have to be honest,” Mr. Trump told a rally in Columbus, Ohio.

Mr. Trump spent months during the Republican primary contest arguing that the complex system of accruing delegates was “rigged” against him, despite his series of victories in primaries and caucuses.

Even with practically every poll showing Democrat Hillary Clinton leading, of course the only reason he would lose would be due to funny business.

Long-time adviser Roger Stone has also begun pushing the "rigged system" line.

On a recent podcast, Stone said, “If there’s voter fraud, this election will be illegitimate, the election of the winner will be illegitimate, we will have a constitutional crisis, widespread civil disobedience, and the government will no longer be the government."

As has been documented over and over, voter fraud is so very rare it doesn't register in studies.

Weak argument, Donald. Sad.
