Hockey stud Sean Avery stopped the internet with this pic on his Instagram account with the caption "Are u ready to #Sweat with me this Sat?"
I should mention that in addition to Avery's obvious "assets," he has been a staunch supporter for marriage equality for years.
Plus, in 2012 he joined the board of directors of Athlete Ally, a nonprofit organization focused on ending homophobia and trans-phobia in sports by educating those in the athletic community.
So, this post isn't as gratuitous as you MIGHT have thought when you saw the pic.
