This has got to be killing all the more "mainstream" Republican contenders for the 2016 GOP nomination for president.
A new Economist/YouGov poll shows Donald Trump LEADING the pack. Trump is currently getting 15% of registered Republican voters compared to Jeb Bush's 11%.
And it's even better for Trump when you through in the "second choice" votes where he also leads Bush (12% v. 7%).
Yesterday, reports were circulating that Republican National Committee Chairman Reince Priebus has reached out to Trump begging him to dial it down a bit, as Trump is sucking up "all the oxygen in the room" and none of his guys are getting any attention.
The GOP klown kar just gets "klownier."
