Majority Of New Jersey Residents Feel Christie Should Resign

New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie
A new Monmouth University poll shows New Jersey residents think newly announced GOP presidential candidate and current NJ Gov. Chris Christie has abandoned their state (56 percent to 35 percent) and that he should resign.

Even worse, a solid majority (57 percent to 37 percent) believe he should resign because he is now campaigning for office.

A whopping 71% said Christie could not effectively govern the state well while running for the presidency.
