Sen. Rand Paul: Gays Can Have A Contract But Can't Have Marriage

Speaking with CNN's Dana Bash on marriage equality, Sen. Rand Paul says that while LGBTs can have a "the neutrality of the law that allows contracts with another," he doesn't believe that can be called "marriage."
