George Takei - actor, Star Trek legend and pop culture icon - stopped by "The Meredith Vieira Show" this week where Meredith brought up Takei's Buzzfeed bit where he answered questions about the gays.

"Why do gay guys always hit on me? Please stop!"
"They're not hitting on you -- they're judging your outfit."
Vieira also announced that for every hug Takei received while at the studio, the show will be donating $25 to GLAAD.
