Sunscreen 101

After forgetting to apply sunscreen (near the equator) for my first day in Puerto Vallarta, I'm talking extra precautions today to make sure I burn no further.

Does this look right?

    Oh Randy, Rule #1 ... apply sunscreen at least an hour before you sit in the sun. That gives your skin time to absorb it.

    Oh Randy, the rule is to apply the sunscreen at least 1 hour before you go in the sun. It gives the skin time to absorb it.
