Ground Hog's Day - NYC mayor drops the groundhog

While Mayor De Blasio may have dropped "Staten Island Chuck" - the NYC version of Punxsutawney Phil - Chuck did predict that NYC's current winter will extend another six weeks.

Local weather forecasters say Chuck is right 82% of the time.
