Well, off to a disconcerting start in 2014.
Bear, the baby of the family, seems to have a disc problem in his neck and looks to need surgery.
Ugh.
Fortunately we have a great doctor at the Las Vegas Veterinary Specialty Center. (Yes, we've been through spinal problems with our dogs before...)
Bear is amazingly calm. He was panting and shaking like crazy yesterday at the regular vet. Makes me feel better to see him not freaked out.
The procedure will be tomorrow. Hopefully home Sunday.
