Florida: Man shot while texting in movie theater

During the previews before a screening of "Lone Survivor" in Florida, a movie goer was shot by a retired police officer for apparently texting on his smart phone.

"Somebody throws popcorn. I'm not sure who threw the popcorn," a witness said. "And then bang, he was shot."
