Prez who takes responsibility versus one who doesn't?

I'd rather have a president who acknowledges there's a flas with a healthcare law, apologizes for it & wants to fix it than to have one who never acknowledges a frivolous war killing thousands of Americans, never apologizes & profits from it.

Which do you prefer?  A President who takes responsibility or one who ducks it?
