Lady Gaga has released the latest single from her album ARTPOP, a duet with R. Kelly called "Do What U Want".
Through a series of tweets before it's release last night at midnight Lady Gaga sent the message that "i dont need anybodys permission to be remembered. I will be. Whether they like it or not"
