Joe Scarborough: Raising taxes on wealthiest "won't wreck economy"

From today's Morning Joe on MSNBC: "There is something immoral" about the wealthiest Americans paying a 15% tax rate.

Scarborough, a former GOP congressman, also remarks that raising taxes on the wealthiest "won't wreck the economy."
