Water Is Everything - Ryan Lochte & Conor Dwyer

US Olympic Gold Medalists Ryan Lochte and Conor Dwyer for Water For People.

It took them just under 2 minutes to swim their leg of the relay and win the US Gold in London.

In the developing world, women and girls haul water for an average of 4 hours a day. That's hours of time lost that could be going to school, work, and play.

Water is everything. Nobody knows it better than Ryan and Conor, who have been swimming since they were babies -- often spending up to six hours a day training. So they also know the value of time.
