NC: New ads to oppose anti-gay Amendment One

The Campaign to Protect All NC Families has released two new ads opposing North Carolina’s Amendment One, which would ban not just same-sex marriage, but civil unions and domestic partnerships as well.

In the first, “Melissa,” a mother expresses her concern for her child’s health insurance, a possible consequence of invalidated domestic partnerships.



The second ad features the testimony of a victim of domestic abuse whose protection order could be rescinded by the amendment because she was not married to her partner.
