Josh Groban and Renee Fleming - Brigadoon medley

Not for nothing, but these two can really sing.

I've met Josh Groban a few times over the past ten years or so as his vocal coach is one of my best friends. I really give a lot of credit to Josh and David Romano, his coach, for the voice that is Josh Groban. You don't roll out of bed and sing at this level for years without working at it.

I've seen Josh many times in concert and he's always spot on. Great vocal technique.

AND he has a fun, quirky sense of humor that is disarming and charming.

  1. I agree. Josh really works at his voice all the time and takes care of it really well.

  2. Too bad they didn't have some more interesting songs to sing or that Josh would have been given a few more numbers. Although he sang beautifully, as always, he can stun with the beauty of his voice if he's allowed to "bring it".

  3. Too bad Josh was not given more numbers and something more musically challenging. He can stun with the range and beauty of his voice and may have stolen the show! I'd love to see Josh in the right lead Broadway role as his talents expand beyond singing to acting and improv.

  5. Josh is absolutely unbelievable. His voice is like no other. There is no one and I do mean no one with a voice like Josh Groban. He is a musical genius and he works at it everyday. Love you Josh.
