In recognition of Human Rights Day, Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton gave a major human rights policy speech - speaking greatly on LGBT international rights - today at the U.S. Mission to the United Nations in Geneva at the Palais des Nations in Geneva, Switzerland.
