Gov. Rick Perry on why teach abstinence

If nothing else, watch the first minute as twice the Governor is asked why spend state dollars teaching abstinence when Texas has the 3rd highest teen pregnancy rank in the country. Over and over the governor just answers "because abstinence works."

This will make for a fascinating election cycle between Rick Perry and Michele Bachmann simply never answering questions directly.
