NY Mets Tweet Celebration Pic With Giant Dildo In The Background

And in 5th grade humor today:

After a rather dismal start this season, the New York Mets rallied last night to beat the Miami Marlins 8-7 last night.

Celebrating the win, the Mets featured T.J. Rivera, who hit a game-tying double and a home run, on the team's Twitter account.

But, eagle-eyed Twitter followers noticed a large dildo in one of the stalls in the background.

It goes without saying the tweet has since been deleted.

Twitter being what Twitter is, the pic began trending.

Of course, the dildo now has it's own parody Twitter account ;)

This follows a story in the current news cycle recalling when then Texas solicitor general Ted Cruz argued in a court case in 2007 that “there is no substantive-due-process right to stimulate one’s genitals for non-medical purposes unrelated to procreation or outside of an interpersonal relationship.”
