Israel Folau, the Australian homophobic rugby player who was canned after several anti-LGBTQ social media posts, is now asking his fans to pony up over $2 million to fund his continuing legal battles.
Folau was pronounced guilty of a code of conduct breach and stripped of his contract last month for an Instagram post that said “hell awaits” gay people.
He was told during his code of conduct hearing that if he would remove the Instagram post that said homosexuals were destined for hell he could save his contract and career.
He chose otherwise, and now he wants someone else to foot the bill.
On Thursday, he launched a crowdfunding campaign asking supporters to donate money towards his legal fund as he continues to wrangle with Rugby Australia.
According to TheAustralian.com, Folau owns 8 homes worth over $5 million.
He also apparently owns a $500k Lamborghini. So, it's rather audacious for him to ask fans to pay his bills.

Whoa! This assh*le customer got more than he bargained for when he raised a ruckus at a McDonalds in St. Petersburg, Florida.
According to Heavy.com, Daniel Taylor got himself arrested on New Year’s Eve after he reached over the cash register and assaulted a black female employee.

A college wrestler has lost his scholarship after being captured on video shouting an anti-gay slur while attending a pro-Trump rally.
California Polytechnic State University (Cal Poly) revoked a scholarship to 18-year-old wrestler Bronson Harmon after he was recorded yelling homophobic abuse in a video shared on Facebook.
Holding a pro-Donald Trump sign, Harmon can be seen making an obscene gesture and shouting “f**k off, faggot!” in the video that has been viewed more than 33,000 times (at this writing) since it was initially posted on June 30.
The incident took place after the Modesto, California Families Belong Together march which protested the Trump administration’s policy of separating migrant children from their parents at the border.
Abdul Lasaing, who is a clerk for the Modesto Police Department, filmed and posted the video, writing that he was walking back to his car after the march when he encountered a group of men that included Harmon.
“I heard a group of men shouting and trying to scare us by saying #sendthemback and even yelled at someone nig**! I was so in chocked [sic] so I automatically pulled out my phone to record, and see who was being so disrespectful!” Lasaing shared on Facebook.
One of the people commenting on the video thread identified Harmon as having won a wrestling scholarship at Cal Poly, saying, “It’s time to take that scholarship away from him.”
And that’s exactly what happened.
Harmon is now expressing some sense of remorse over his actions, but feels his punishment exceeds his bad behavior.
“Saying what I said is definitely not the right thing. I am supposed to be there to help the community be the best person I can be and represent the college the best way I can,” he told local newspaper, The Tribune.
“I still feel like my freedom of speech was taken away, and I don’t think my scholarship should have been revoked over something like that,” he added.
Clearly, Harmon hasn't studied the Constitution to understand what 'freedom of speech' does and doesn't protect.
Cal Poly Athletic Director Don Oberhelman confirmed to The Tribune the university was aware of the video.
Fox News host Laura Ingraham took to Twitter today to mock 17-year-old high school student David Hogg who survived the Parkland gun massacre on February 14.
Hogg, a leading voice since the shooting and helped organize one of the biggest rallies in the history of the country, recently shared on his social media that he'd been turned down by four colleges.
Ingraham thought it would be wise to attack the kid.

During a segment about ESPN host Jemele Hill calling Donald Trump a white supremacist, Fox Sports analyst Clay Travis tells host CNN host Brooke Baldwin that the only things he believes in 100% are the 1st Amendment and boobs.

A stunned Baldwin at first pauses, then checks in again with Travis to confirm he actually said "boobs."
Fox News has finally issued an apology for pushing a false story about the death of DNC staffer Seth Rich last summer.
On May 16, a story was posted on the Fox News website on the investigation into the 2016 murder of DNC Staffer Seth Rich. The article was not initially subjected to the high degree of editorial scrutiny we require for all our reporting. Upon appropriate review, the article was found not to meet those standards and has since been removed.
We will continue to investigate this story and will provide updates as warranted.
Sean Hannity has made the story his current obsession. In doing so, many feel he's using his airtime with this story to deflect from President Trump's ongoing FBI investigation.
But in perpetuating the story, he's basically terrorizing the Rich family.

Trump supporter Alexander Jennes Downing, 35, literally terrorizes a family during a day at the beach.
In the video below, taken by the family that afternoon, Downing walks over and confronts them, screaming, "You're a f****** Muslim, motherf*****."
When another beachgoer attempted to defuse the situation he cut around the man to return yelling, "You will never ever, ever, stop me, my Christianity, from rising above your Sharia law. Your Sharia law don't mean s*** to me."
Later, Downing grabbed his crotch yelling, "Donald Trump will stop you. Donald Trump will stop you!"
While enjoying our time at the beach during a family reunion, our kids and us had to experience ugliness and aggressiveness in the worse shape and form possible.
We were staying at the South Padre Pearl hotel and went to the beach through their private access. My father was approached by two woman who were also enjoying their time. The women asked him to help with talking to a stranger who was harassing them. All my father said to the guy was "please enjoy your time and have fun and let everyone else here enjoy their time." The guy seemed to listen and walked away.
He then came back to my father and started throwing racist comments. He was yelling so loud that my uncles and my brother came over from the water to see what was going on. The insane man came close to the kids and that's when my uncle stood up to him and defended us and the kids, including my 4 year old cousin, 4 and 2 year old nephews.

It is worth mentioning that we contacted South Padre police and the man left on his way back to the hotel. A little after that the police came and told my father to call them again if he harasses us again.
We went back to playing in the water and sand then the insane man came back with even more aggressiveness and more racial slurs. We called 911 again as you may be able to hear on the video. After about 20 minutes of him going crazy he left back to the hotel.
The police then came back and they arrested the man at the hotel restaurant. When we spoke to the hotel management, they said they couldn't do anything at the time because he is in police custody and that if they see him, they will evict him.
The next morning my uncle saw him at the front desk and talked to the management. They plainly told us that they can't do anything about it right now and that if he does this again he will be arrested. I don't understand what it takes for this hotel to take actions. Do they need someone to get hurt?
Finally, thanks to the cops who took the insane man right away and assured us that this is a nice place but every now and then they get a crazy person like this.
Overall we enjoyed the lovely island and we will definitely go back to South Padre again, we surely will never go back to Pearl South Padre hotel, Texas again.
Not sure if it's the same Alexander Jennes Downing, but according to this website, a man with the same name who looks a lot like him was charged a few months ago with "Battery Domestic Violence" and "Abuse of Elderly or Disabled Adult."

A speech by right-wing commentator Milo Yiannopoulos’ at UC Davis was over before it even started Friday after protests erupted, forcing sponsors to cancel the event. Thirty minutes before the Breitbart tech editor was scheduled to speak, the UC Davis College Republicans canceled the controversial talk after consulting with the university’s police department and student affairs officials. Former pharmaceutical executive, Martin Shkreli had also been scheduled to speak at the event.
“I am deeply disappointed with the events of this evening,” said Interim Chancellor Ralph J. Hexter. “Our community is founded on principles of respect for all views, even those that we personally find repellent. As I have stated repeatedly, a university is at its best when it listens to and critically engages opposing views, especially ones that many of us find upsetting or even offensive.”
Earlier in the evening, protesters blocked access to the venue. Surrounding the lecture hall with signs, they chanted, “Say it loud, say it clear, racists are not welcome here.” Yiannopoulos posted on Facebook that the event had been canceled “after violence from left-wing protestors.”
“Press, get ready to write your passive aggressive, LeBron (James) racist comments – get ready the show is over!” West said before storming off the stage.
After the house lights went up shortly after, Golden 1 Center filled with choruses of boos and confused looks from fans. Outside the arena, many were visibly upset, especially after plunking down so much money on tickets. “I spent $250,” said a disappointed Christian Krebs of Sacramento. “I might be a fan of his music, but I’m not a fan of his character.”

The openly gay (I hate that the LGBT community has to include him in our tribe) Tech editor for anti-LGBT media site Breitbart, and a self-proclaimed entrepreneur was kicked off Twitter for life for his direct attacks on people.
ABC News's Terry Moran interviewed Yiannopoulos for a piece on trolling, and I'm guessing Yiannopoulos' employer Breitbart wasn't thrilled with the results.
ABC’s Terry Moran launched a full scale attack on Breitbart Tech editor Milo Yiannopoulos as part of a feature for ABC Nightline, calling Milo an “idiot,” “revolting” and comparing him to a “13-year-old” child.
The piece centered around the topic of trolling, with ABC describing Milo as “the tip of the iceberg in a rising tide of hate and abuse in social media, one he clearly sees as a noble purpose.” Asked by Moran whether he would call Leslie Jones a “dude” to her face, Milo confirmed that he “probably would.”
“Then you’re an idiot,” Moran angrily replied.
The segment continues, describing Milo as a “self-proclaimed troll” who “makes a career out of sparking outrage, spreading vitriol at many and helping to legitimize a movement of negativity growing on the internet.”
“You’re going to go after somebody’s body to go after their ideas, what grade are you in? Are you a 13-year-old?,” to which Milo said that the real problem lies with the body positivity movement and the “idea that you can tell women they’ll be happy and health at any size.”
“My rudeness creates conversation, provokes people into saying oh what a monster and then 20% of people start talking about what I was actually saying I will consider my career to be a terrific success,” Milo added.
You really should watch just to get an idea of the hideous people out there who live to insult for sport.

John Oliver began last night's episode of HBO's "Last Week Tonight" by addressing the terrorist attacks in Paris this past Friday in a way you can only do on cable TV.
From the YouTube clip description: "This lady was looking down at something, maybe on her phone or something else but there was a good car and a half length of free space in front of her so I changed lanes (she was completely still, not moving at all waiting for red light to change).

Crimes against humanity defendant and current (don't laugh) Massachusetts gubernatorial candidate Scott Lively is waaay upset that John Oliver quoted Mr. Lively (with video, no less) on HBO's "Last Week Tonight" this past Sunday.
As many folks know, Mr. Lively has spent considerable time and energy traveling the world spreading anti-gay propaganda and supporting laws like the recently passed "Kill The Gays" law in Uganda. He, of course, denies that he's anything but loving and compassionate.

Yesterday I posted about a radio morning show team in Rochester, New York, that went on a 12 minute transphobic rant after reading the news that the city would begin to offer healthcare benefits to transgender people.
The comments between the two radio personalities were extremely vicious and ill-informed. The hosts have now been fired:
"This morning Entercom fired Kimberly and Beck effective immediately," Entercom Rochester vice president and general manager Sue Munn said in a prepared statement.
"Their hateful comments against the transgender community do not represent our station or our company. We deeply apologize to the transgender community, the community of Rochester, and anyone else who was offended by their comments.
"We are proud of our past work on behalf of the local LGBT community and we remain committed to that partnership."
Catholic League President Bill Donohue came unglued recently when the NYC St. Patrick's Day Parade lost sponsors for not allowing openly gay men and women to march in the parade. Apparently, the gays can march only if they "blend in."
As part of his outrage, he threatened to apply to march in the NYC Gay Pride Parade with his own banner saying "Straight Is Great." Well, lo and behold, the powers that be at Gay Pride said "please come be a part of our parade."
But when Donohue was told someone from his contingent would need to attend a training session that instructs every group about safety issues and other practical matters, he used that as his excuse to back out. The day before Catholic League head and anti-gay activist Bill Donohue announced that he wouldn’t participate in the NYC Pride Parade even though organizers accepted his application to lead a “Straight Is Great” parade contingent, Donohue told conservative talk show host Steve Malzberg that the parade organizers are maneuvering to keep him out of the parade because they are afraid his “Straight Is Great” message will catch on and flood the parade: “They know what they’re opening the door to: what if instead of getting 100 people, what if I get 3,000 people? What if we begin to overwhelm their parade and vetoes their message?”
Donohue said that he withdrew from the parade because he didn’t want to attend required training sessions for all group leaders. “Quite frankly, as a straight guy, I don’t go to gay training sessions,” Donohue said. “I think I’m pretty much an untrainable guy when it comes to this thing.”

Last Friday I posted about an Indianapolis bakery that shared on its Facebook page that it had told a gay couple they would not - due to their deeply held religious beliefs - make the couple a cake for a commitment ceremony.
Now, anti-gay stalwart and hate group leader Tony Perkins has praised the couple for deciding to walk away from the discrimination they faced:
A few weeks ago, the owners of 111 Cakery got a call from Mike Stephens and Shane Laney, a newly "engaged" couple who wanted to hire Randy and Trish to make the cake for their April commitment ceremony. Knowing it could cost them their business -- or at the very least, change it forever -- the McGaths never wavered. Politely, they explained they couldn't accept the job.
Although Mike and Shane complained about the decision on social media, they seem content to "move on" and find another bakery without involving local officials. "We found someone that will do it for us, so we're going to focus on the good," Mike said. And that's exactly as it should be. This is how religious liberty and the free market are supposed to work. Instead of forcing Christians to participate in these ceremonies against their will, the customers simply found their service elsewhere.
As with any business policy, the market will vote with their dollars on whether they agree with the McGaths' position. And as consumers, they should have that right. Tragically, Mike and Shane's response is an anomaly among those pushing for the redefinition of marriage.
First of all, how does Tony Perkins know just how "politely" the bakery turned down the request?
And second, Tony Perkins' says the gay couple did exactly as they should - in the face of discrimination they should turn around, quietly walk out and "move on." Don't make a fuss, guys. Just "move on."
I should note that Indiana has no statewide public accommodation protection for LGBT citizens.
Indianapolis, however, does have citywide LGBT discrimination protections. It is against the law to refuse public accommodations based on sexual orientation in Indianapolis.
Tony Perkins does not care about the law.
Or, rather, Tony Perkins doesn't care about THIS law.
