Nick Jonas Actually "Kind Of Dreads" Working Out

Shirtless Nick Jonas gives you abs and more abs

In an new interview for Details Magazine, Nick Jonas explains that although he packed on about 15 pounds of muscle in six weeks for his "Kingdom" role on DirecTV, he really doesn't like working out.

He kind of dreads it, even.

"I hate going to the gym. I think everybody hates cardio to some degree. I'm not the kind of person who wakes up in the morning and can't wait to work out. I kind of dread it, actually. I see it as a necessary evil."

So, I don't feel like such a slug when I look at Nick bulk and beef up. Even he doesn't like it.

And speaking of Nick's now famous abs, he has a Q&A over at PrideSource.com where he's specifically asked if he's using his body to "bait" the gay community to sell music and his upcoming TV show KINGDOM on DirecTV.

His response:

Everyone's entitled to their own opinion. I think it's unfortunate that some people have to find a negative in every situation. Clearly my heart is in the right place, and more than anything, if they just looked at my life and my gay friends and the authentic nature of where my heart is, they'd just see that they're kind of ignorant.

The nature of where we are today is, we're in a time where we need to make strides and step forward as a society and embrace all people from all different walks of life. When you're trying to make a bold statement like that, some people aren't gonna fall in line with that. And that's OK. You gotta stay on your own path.

With his new single "Jealous" and his upcoming DirecTV series Kingdom about to debut on October 8th, Nick Jonas is everywhere.

Everywhere including several NYC gay clubs, where he hasn't been shy about showing off his now famous abs.

UK Olympic diver Tom Daley comes out

The Guardian is reporting that British Olympic diver Tom Daley has come out.  As he says in the video "I'm dating a guy and I couldn't be happier:"

The Olympic diving star Tom Daley has said he is in a relationship with a man. He made the announcement in a video on YouTube to "put an end to all the rumours and speculation". Daley, 19, said he "couldn't be happier" in the five-minute video in which he speaks about his new partner for the first time. He added: "I've been dating girls and I've never really had a serious relationship to talk about and now I feel ready to talk about my relationships. Come spring this year my life changed massively when I met someone and it made me feel so happy, so safe, and everything just feels great. And, well, that someone is a guy." Daley, who won a bronze medal at the London 2012 Olympics, said he wanted to reveal the news in a video because he didn't want his words to be "twisted".

The video clip has received over 450,000 views and 10,000 comments in less than a day.

Tom has become quite has a huge following on Instagram and shares pics frequently. It's easy to see why he's captured the attention of the world.

Shirtless Freddie Prinze Jr finds his way back to TV

A shirtless Freddie Prinze Jr (can you say "abs-tastic"?) is making his way back to TV this month on Lifetime's The Witches of East End:


He'll reportedly be playing Leo Wingate, "a gallant and sweetly shy entomologist who falls head over heels for Wendy Beauchamp (Madchen Amick)," according to EW. "The scholar is said to specialize in rare and exotic insects, and he soon begins to wonder whether Wendy is more interested in his body or his bugs. He is set to guest star in the fourth episode, with more episodes possible."

Prinze Jr.'s last appearance on the small screen was as "Cole Ortiz" on 24.

The episode of East End featuring Prinze Jr. will air October 27. He's also slated to guest star on the season premiere Bones.
