Rugby superstar and anti-bullying advocate Ben Cohen has recorded a video for Channel 4 in England for their Project Rainbow campaign.
In the video, Ben talks about how bullying personally impacted his own life. Plus how bullying comes in many shapes and sizes - whether full on violence or casual name calling on a playground or used against athletes who just want to compete.
