Funny: Michael Henry Explains 'This Is How You Handle A Breakup'

Funnyman Michael Henry shares this short clip on “How to handle a breakup.” No, not your breakup - your friends’ breakup.
Michael Henry know just how to handle a break-up

Funnyman Michael Henry shares this short clip on “How to handle a breakup.”

No, not your breakup - your friends’ breakup.

It seems time is of the essence since ‘Ken’ and ‘Joe’ hid the skids two days ago, which means Henry needs to spring into action to try and snatch up one of the wounded lovers asap.

Apparently, Ken and Joe like to go from relationship to relationship, so they are prime targets for Henry’s amorous approach.

Why you ask?

Because, according to Henry, recently uncoupled gays are already trained in many areas: how to be partnered, how to be affectionate, how to share, how to compromise, and more.

Plus, fresh out of a relationship, either Ken or Joe might need a “young, supple, fresh, firm shoulder for them to shed their tears on,” and Henry thinks he has just the shoulder to offer.

But apparently, for all of this to work, there has to be a masterplan to orchestrate the new relationship without being obvious.

To see how 'evil genius' Michael Henry calculates the best way to seize the day, hit play below or click over to YouTube here.

Laughs aside, has anyone ever seen anything remotely like to this in real life? Do love-hungry gays swoop in when a duo splits up?

From Henry: "I had the Pleasure of interviewing my dear friend Meatball. She over shared with me her issues with intimacy, her money problems, and trauma from her childhood then I said to her, you know were filming right? I can't use this. "Then she switched gears and talked about fisting for 20 min."

"Then she switched gears and talked about fisting for 20 min."

Meatball has a terrific 'smile through the confusion/non-judgey' look about her for much of the segment.

Gus Kenworthy Gets 'Nailed' By Michael Henry

Michael Henry and Gus Kenworthy

Olympic skier Gus Kenworthy sat for an "interview via manicure" with comedian Michael Henry in this episode of Henry's new series, Nailed.

To pass the time during the manicure, Henry inquires about a whole host of subjects in Kenworthy's life like being an outdoorsy person, if he has openly farted in public, how he’d feel about someone rifling through his rubbish, being haunted by Henry's pervy ghost, if he enjoys slapping folks in the face, Spam, if he would choose erections over solid food for a week, being an Alpha, and more.

Gus Kenworthy

Henry's quirky humor lands as always, and Kenworthy shows a talent for taking part in the witty repartee.

Check it out below.

New From Michael Henry: The Gay Bottom Mafia Can Find You

Clint Keller in 'Wow, You Have a Beard!'
Clint Keller in 'Wow, You Have a Beard!'

Comedian Michael Henry loves to hold up his magic mirror to the gay community to show us how ridiculous we can sometimes be.

In his new video short, “Wow, You Have a Beard,” Henry bumps into his buddy Daniel (played by Clint Keller) and is immediately aware that Daniel is somehow ‘different.’

Could it be the new wardrobe? (No.)

Maybe the new Pilates workout routine? (No.)

Perhaps it’s the peace Daniel’s found from meditating? (No.)

Henry zeroes in on the issue: Daniel’s new manly facial hair.

Henry immediately feels betrayed saying, “I thought you were one of us - I thought you were femme!”

Clutching his pearls, Daniel assures Henry he’s still a member of the bottom bunk club.

But it's too late.

As Henry points out, “They’ve already found you - the gay bottom mafia!” Cut to a shot scanning the park with several gay men (“the hungry, hungry bottoms”) in beckoning positions.

“They can smell your exhuming testosterone now,” says Henry.

Even though Daniel doesn’t think he’s that “masc,” Henry quickly runs down the checklist: hairy chest, deep voice and an ability to curse like a sailor.

Check, check and check!

Worse yet, the ‘TopFinder’ app has found Daniel (“Top located - has beard!”).

Be that as it may, Daniel is flummoxed by his situation.

“What am I to do?,” asks Daniel. “I can’t top all of these men, I have errands to run.”

While Daniel is amazed a beard could hold so much virile power, Henry explains, “It’s your entire sexual persona now - you’re straight-passing.”

How could this be? Daniel is a proud bottom, a Bravo TV watcher, and a ballet instructor.

Finally, though, Daniel does find the one way to defuse his new macho status.

Hit the play button to find out how Daniel gets out of this hirsute headache.

Henry does raise a good question about how gay men label and identify based on choices like dress and grooming.

Do beards really make us more appealing? And do gay men assume fur automatically makes us more ‘masculine?’

Funnyman Michael Henry Explores "Pretty Privilege"

Michael Henry isn't so convinced of the downsides to 'pretty privilege'
Back in August, I covered psychotherapist Matthew Dempsey’s YouTube video breaking down the concept of “pretty privilege.”

In other words, what he calls ‘unearned advantages’ some folks are born with like being white, straight, male, cisgender, and yes, attractive.

Comic Michael Henry decided to take a crack at understanding “pretty privilege” by chatting with a ‘privileged gay man’ (played in the video by Eduardo Sanchez-Ubanell).

According to Eduardo, the term is “a scientific term used by doctors.”

“It’s what happens when you have a really great face, a full head of hair, sexy eyebrows, tight ass, quarter-sized nipples, eight inch penis…” explains Eduardo in rapid fashion. “All the traits that gay men unanimously like, and I happen to have all of them.”

But even for those lucky enough to find themselves born to “noblesse oblige,” it’s not all sunshine and rainbows.

Oh no, the list of ‘disadvantages’ to pretty privilege can be long, as Eduardo explains:

“I’m always invited to sex parties I don’t have time for, people just offer me drinks, drugs, jobs, I always have to update my Amazon wish list because it keeps getting fulfilled, money just gets Venmoed to me randomly, people always ask me for my Only Fans page and I don’t have one - yet!”
But Michael Henry isn’t so convinced about the “disadvantages to the privileges and advantages” that Eduardo says he receives thanks to his looks.

“Honestly, I think you sound like a moron,” declares Henry. “I don’t feel bad for you, I don’t think that you’re privileged and I don’t think you should be whining about your perceived advantages to which you think is better looking than other people.”

Hooray! Our hero, Michael Henry!
