• Donald Trump threw a Twitter rant over so-called 'presidential harassment' after the New York attorney general’s office issued subpoenas to Deutsche Bank and Investors Bank for records relating to the financing of four major Trump Organization projects and a failed effort to buy the Buffalo Bills of the National Football League in 2014.



• Hate group leader Bill Donohue pens an op-ed for the Catholic League whining passage of the Equality Act will result in "affirmative action for the sexually confused."

• A new app will help #MAGA Trump supporters find restaurants that are safe spaces for their red hats and white nationalist views.

Media Matters for America has released several recordings of Fox News host Tucker Carlson calling into a favorite radio show in the early 2000s using homophobic, misogynist and racist slurs. #WhoIsSurprised?

• Dido drops a beautiful acoustic version of “Mad Love” from her new album, Still On My Mind.

• Self-professed 'fitness obsessed' InstaHunk Austin Wolf pumped up his arms. I wrote about it. That's why he looks like he does and I look like me LOL... #HappySaturday

• New York state prosecutors are reportedly prepping a new set of charges against Donald Trump's former campaign chairman, Paul Manafort, should the president decide to pardon him. Presidential pardons only help those convicted of federal - not state - crimes.

• R&B star R. Kelly has been charged with 10 counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse in Chicago, Illinois.

• Billionaire Robert Kraft, owner of the New England Patriots, was charged Friday with two counts of soliciting prostitution in a Florida massage parlor. Kraft, a huge Donald Trump supporter, says he's innocent of all charges although police say there is video evidence of Kraft on two occasions.

• This bisexual teacher came out to help a suicidal student, and then his school fired him.

• I often get questions about how I like living in Las Vegas, Nevada, and I do love it. But, this surprised us this week:

• InstaHunk Austin Wolf (above) took time to recover in Miami from last week's Atlantis cruise.

• The Tennessee Republican Party is attempting to ban marriage equality again in an effort to get the issue back in front of the Supreme Court - of course, this time with a court tilted in their favor.

• Over the weekend, I reported on West Virginia Del. Eric Porterfield, who got in hot water for calling the LGBT community a "modern day KKK." Now, an interview clip has surfaced where he says he would "see if they could swim" if a child of his came out to him.



• A gay Trump supporter, who happens to be the brother of Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos' mistress, may have been the one who leaked private photos and text messages to the National Enquirer to embarrass and smear Bezos.

• In addition to legislation introduced by Democrats in the House and Senate aimed at protecting transgender military service members, Massachusetts Rep. Joseph Kennedy III will introduce a non-binding resolution in the House of Representatives rejecting the ban. The legislation currently has 103 co-sponsors.

• Puerto Rico Gov. Ricardo Rosselló‘s administration on Feb. 8, 2019, issued guidelines that urge public employees in the U.S. commonwealth to be more sensitive to the needs of LGBT people and their children.

• Ohio’s new GOP governor has signed a new executive order banning LGBT discrimination in regard to state business.

• Congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard of Hawaii has declared her candidacy for the Democratic presidential nomination, but does her history as a full-throated homophobe disqualify her?

• Evangelicals sue for the right to deny homeless transgender people shelter.

• Free condoms are now available to everyone in Washington state who has health insurance. The new law also covers abortions, sterilizations, and vasectomies.

• Sen. Rand Paul, who has equated socialized health care to 'slavery,' will travel to Canada for hernia surgery.

• I'm always down to listen to anything new from Miss Chaka Khan. The Queen of Funk is back with her first album in 12 years, titled, Hello Happiness.

• Ah, January. When everyone gets back to the gym. Now, I guess if I wanted to actually see Austin Wolf at the gym, I'd have to actually GO to the gym. There's the snag...

• Out recording artist Hayley Kiyoko shares in a new interview that she was asked to “tone down” her sexuality early on in her career.

• A 19 year-old Indian man, who donated blood unaware he was HIV+, committed suicide after learning that his blood had transmitted the HIV virus to a pregnant woman.

Queer Eye's Jonathan Van Ness broke with his boyfriend, Wilco Froners, in an Instagram post that attempted to be classy but he added a #cheatersneverprosper hashtag (he later deleted). In an Instagram Story, Jonathan later retreated a bit writing, "I should’ve sat with myself a bit longer before I posted my most recent post."

• Vietnam has passed a law making it illegal to criticize the government online.

• A Massachusetts judge on Monday denied actor Kevin Spacey’s request to skip his upcoming arraignment on a felony charge he faces for allegedly sexually assaulting an 18-year-old man in 2016.

• High profile make-up artist and drag queen Alexis Stone revealed a months-long 'social experiment' wherein he pretended to have botched plastic surgery wearing an extensive prosthetic mask. Hundreds trolled him online saying he'd ruined his face.

Then, on New Year's Eve, he posted the video below where he stands looking at the camera for a few moments before tearing the mask off to reveal the experiment. The second video explains his reasons for the deception.

• The New York City subway attacker who sucker punched a woman he believed to be lesbian has been arrested. His victim suffered a fractured spine due to his attack.

• Janet Jackson is headed to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame along with Stevie Nicks, The Cure, Radiohead, Def Leppard, Roxy Music, and the Zombies. Nicks becomes the first woman to be inducted twice having been honored previously as part of Fleetwood Mac.



• Fox News host & Donald Trump superfan, Sean Hannity, was caught deleting past tweets that showed his connections to the president’s former lawyer, Michael Cohen, just hours before Cohen was sentenced to three years in prison Wednesday.

• CBS News reports that Donald Trump is considering his son-in-law, Jared Kushner, to be his third Chief of Staff.

• Tony Award winner and current Golden Globe nominee Billy Porter dropped a few holiday tracks on Soundcloud just in time for Christmas. The collection - "A Billy Porter Christmas" - can be found here.

• More and more gay men are using PrEP to prevent HIV infection but wide ethnic and racial disparities persist in its use.

• Republican senators have reintroduced the First Amendment Defense Act which would give the federal government’s blessing to discriminate against LGBT people and others in the name of religious beliefs.

• Fox News invited a comedian cowboy on air to proclaim "The worst thing you can be today in America is a white, heterosexual, Christian Male." #OhReally

Whitney, Kevin Macdonald’s documentary about the life and career of Whitney Houston, will be released July 6 in the United States.
