Last night's leg annihilation. Having a hard time walking today 😂 . Side note, did you know I haven't trained abs in probably 2 years? I don't have the craziest 6 pack or anything, but that is one of the areas I can get away with not training while still maintaining some shape. . TRAIN YOUR WEAKNESSES!! I know it's more fun to make your strengths even stronger, but a better, more well-balanced physique comes when you start to give more time and attention to your weaknesses 💪🏼
