Apparently, the man taking the video almost hit the woman changing lanes while driving. Ok, so be more aware. I know we've all done the same thing at some point in our lives. I'm guessing he stopped to apologize to the woman.
And then, this.
This lady goes on and on and on... And the bile gets more and more bitter as she goes.
