Oregon: Marriage equality ruling to be announced at noon today

Judge Michael McShane has announced he intends to file his ruling in Oregon’s marriage equality case today at noon.

Several county clerks have indicated they've prepared for a positive outcome by already tweaking marriage license forms, etc...
