Just yesterday I warned of the coming of the "Shoe Truthers" - right wingnuts who are trying to feed a story that the "shoe thrower" from last week's Hillary appearance in Las Vegas was a fake incident planned by the Clinton camp.
Today failed GOP presidential hopeful Herman Cain fed into the fake frenzy.
