Ireen Wüst, a speedskater from the Netherlands, won gold in the 3,000-meter competition in Sochi, defeating the defending champion from Czech Republic.
Wüst is one of six out LGBT olympians competing in the SochiOlympics.
She completed the event in just 4 minutes and .34 seconds.
