Not only is Ben a world-class rugby champ, but the work he does with his StandUp Foundation to fight bullying makes him a hero many times over.
The StandUp Foundation's mission is to raise awareness of the long-term, damaging effects of bullying and to raise funds to support those doing real-world work to stop it.
Ben inspires so many, and in so many ways. He gives a powerful voice to those who can't be heard.
