The company has donated millions of dollars to anti-gay hate groups in the past including The Family Research Council.
WinShape, the non-profit organization funded by Chick-Fil-A, released this statement to their shareholders and employers:
The WinShape Foundations is now taking a much closer look at the organizations it considers helping, and in that process will remain true to its stated philosophy of not supporting organizations with political agendas–treat every person with honor, dignity and respect-regardless of their beliefs, race, creed, sexual orientation and gender,” and that its “intent is not to engage in political or social debates.”

How about we all support "marriage"? I support my neighbor's "marriage" - why not support mine?
ReplyDeleteI'm not opposed to gay marriage or any other type, style or function of marriage...but just because I or someone else or a group of people have differing values or opinion than yours journalists think they should be called Anti and hate groups...
ReplyDeleteI call it like I see it and if you don't like it that's the great thing about being in America - you don't have to look it, listen to it, eat it, smell it, etc...
