Wrestling Superstar Finn Bálor Makes His Wrestlemania Debut With Huge Show Of LGBTQ Support

Irish WWE wrestler Finn Bálor made a huge rainbow splash this weekend as he competed in his very first Wrestlemania in New Orleans.

Bálor entered the Mercedes-Benz SuperDome stadium surrounded by members of the New Orleans LBGQT community spreading a huge message of inclusion. His entourage was decked out in “For Everyone” t-shirts with a rainbow design.

Profits from Bálor's entrance t-shirt – black with a rainbow design - will be donated to LGBT advocacy group GLAAD, whose motto is "To promote understanding, increase acceptance, and advance equality.”

• Sir Ian McKellen would rather be remembered for his LGBT activism than his acting. I'm betting it will be for both.

• Sixteen-year-old Jordan Marin-Doan set fire to his adoptive gay dads' house hoping to land a prison cell next to his biological dad. One of his adoptive dads died helping the rest of his family escape the fire.

• Anti-gay marriage county clerk Kim Davis is running for reelection in Kentucky after costing her state over $200,000 in legal fees for not issuing marriage licenses to same-sex couples.

• The president of Chile is set to formally introduce legislation to allow same-sex couples to marry. Chile would become the 25th country on the planet to make marriage equality the law of the land.

• After this year's Kennedy Center Honor recipients were announced this week, dancer/choreographer Carmen de Lavallade and television writer and producer Norman Lear told the press they would not be attending the annual White House reception before the event. In response, Donald Trump and Melania Trump issued a statement saying they would skip the Honors event this year.

• Producers of the upcoming Will & Grace reboot have snagged a big guest star: Former First Lady Michelle Obama.

• There's currently a GoFundMe campaign that aims to raise $1 billion to buy a controlling interest in Twitter, and then delete Donald Trump's account.

Wrestler Underestimates The Power Of His Opponent's Penis

If you've ever been fascinated by the acting skills of pro wrestlers, check this out.

Wrestler Joey Ryan wins his match merely by flexing his penis.

From the NY Daily News:

The competition to find a finishing move better than Joey Ryan’s is gonna be stiff.

The wrestler won his match with Danshoku Dino in Osaka, Japan, by using penis power. Dino grabbed Ryan’s crotch and the mustached mauler disapprovingly shook his head — “No, no, no,” he said — before flexing his penis and dropping Dino in pain.

Why didn’t he just let go? It’s pro wrestling, that’s why. And if he let go, we wouldn’t have this clip.

Ohio State NCAA Wrestling Champ Mike Pucillo Comes Out

Mike Pucillo, three-time All-American and 2008 NCAA Wrestling champ, recently made the liberating decision to come out.

First telling his best friend, and then his parents, Piccolo says he struggled with his sexuality for years. He says he spent his high school years hoping he wasn’t gay.

Just a bit of his story from TheOpenMat.com:

“I’ve always known, I guess,” said Pucillo, who came out to his parents and a close circle of friends a little more than a year ago. “You try to not think that’s what it really is, so I just tried to say it was nothing. Then you start to realize it’s not really nothing.”

“It may have taken me 26 years to realize that maybe I can play a bigger role in somebody else’s life and help somebody else’s life like Robbie Rogers or (Goldstein did)."

“If I can do that for one person, it’s worth it for everybody out there to know my story. … I know there’s going to be people that don’t like it. To those people, I would say, ‘I’ve spent 26 years being uncomfortable. It’s not my problem anymore.

“The only reason why I feel it’s important to tell my story is I know there are a lot of other people out there that are like me who are in high school or about to go into college, whether it’s wrestling or football or baseball or basketball or not in any sport, who are struggling with it,” he said. “The more stories they hear about it, the easier it is for them.”

So I think this TMZ "camera-man" got more than he was looking for when he asked TNA Wrestlers Robbie E, Jessie Godderz, Zema Ion about some "tips" for exploring a "wrestling fetish" in the bedroom with his girlfriend.
