Teen Homophobe Threatens YouTube After Being Booted From Video Site

A 14-year-old California girl who goes by the name “Soph” had her YouTube account terminated after posting an anti-LGBTQ video on July 31.

The high school freshman had amassed a following of over 800,000 subscribers via anti-Muslim and anti-LGBTQ commentaries before YouTube removed her account.

In the video that finally got her booted from the streaming video site, titled “Pride and Prejudice,” she mocked LGBTQ people for celebrating Pride Month.

“Unfortunately, as you know, last month was Pride, which meant we all had to endure 30-days of AIDS-carrying pedophile victims patting themselves on their backs for their lifestyles,” said Soph in the video. “I had an especially hard time considering that I live in California where there was a puddle of diseased load waiting for me whenever I dared to step out of my house.”

She went on to tell her audience that LGBTQ people criticize her and call her homophobic as a way to “detract attention away from the rates of STDs and pederasty involving homosexuals.”

The teen apparently laughs all of this off as ‘edgy internet humor.’

Soph also calls Pride a “fudge-packing fest” and tells followers to “make sure to blame me in your manifestos.” The word ‘manifesto’ refers to a kind of document left behind on far-right websites by people like the shooter behind the deadly Christchurch attack in March and the shooter accused of the recent El Paso shooting.

The account was canceled after the teen racked up three Community Guideline violations within 90 days. The Pride-bashing video violated YouTube's hate speech guidelines.

After YouTube removed the channel, Soph tweeted a photo holding what appeared to be an assault rifle captioned, “YouTube headquarters here I come.”

The tweet was quickly removed. Then the teen wrote, “Gun tweet obviously a joke,” and seemed to ask for payments to her Bitcoin accounts.

This wasn't Soph's first 'joke' regarding violence and YouTube. In May, she threatened to murder YouTube CEO Susan Wojcicki after her account was temporarily suspended and demonetized.

In a video directly addressing the YouTube executive, Soph said, “Susan, I’ve known your address since last summer. I’ve got a Luger and mitochondrial disease. I don’t care if I live. Why should I care if you live or your children? I just called an Uber. You’ve got about seven minutes to draft up a will. ... I’m coming for you, and it ain’t gonna be pretty.”

White House Says It's 'Absurd' That Trump Encourages Violence At His Rallies

In the aftermath of a Trump supporter violently attacking BBC cameraman Ron Skeans at Donald Trump's El Paso rally this week, White House press secretary raised some eyebrows during an interview with Fox & Friends as she defended the president.

“The idea that the president or anybody on his team or in his administration would encourage violence is absolutely absurd,” Sanders said. “The president stopped, asked and made sure everyone was okay before continuing on with the event. Certainly, we condemn violence in any form against anyone, and that certainly includes the press.”

As we all know, on several occasions, Trump has called for his supporters to address detractors with violence.

He has suggested "Maybe he should have been roughed up," offered to pay the legal fees of supporters who "knock the crap" out of a protester, and even said himself, "I'd like to punch him in the face" regarding another protester.

Trump Supporters Violently Attack Media During Trump Rally

A violent Trump supporter shoved a BBC cameraman and starting yelling, "F*ck the media! F*ck the media!" during Donald Trump's rally in El Paso, Texas, last night.

From NPR:

The BBC's Ron Skeans was working in the area of a raised camera platform at Trump's campaign event when, he says, a "very hard shove" came out of nowhere. At the time, Trump was touting recent economic numbers to a roaring crowd in the El Paso County Coliseum.

Skeans' colleagues say the apparent attack came after repeated verbal assaults on the media during the event. The BBC says it is "clearly unacceptable for any of our staff to be attacked for doing their job."

"I didn't know what was going on," Skeans said, according to the BBC, describing the moment when his camera suddenly skewed down and away from the stage. Video footage showed a Trump supporter yelling obscenities as he was restrained and taken away from the area.

The incident was apparently so wild and noticeable that even Trump stopped to check and see if the cameraman was fine asking, "You all right? Everything OK?"

The BBC’s Washington news editor, Eleanor Montague, tweeted that Trump had whipped the crowd “into a frenzy against the media” prior to the attack.

Donald Trump walked back his controversial remarks from yesterday when he told warned the refugee caravan that if they throw rocks at American soldiers, he would want them to shoot them with rifles.

“Anybody throwing stones, rocks, like they did to Mexico and the Mexican military, Mexican police, where they badly hurt police and soldiers of Mexico, we will consider that a firearm,” Trump said. “Because there’s not much difference — when you get hit in the face with a rock, which as you know, that was very violent a few days ago. Very, very violent.”

Today, he reversed course on that plan saying he never said for soldiers to shoot.

The Trumpster also placed blame on the media when asked if his heated rhetoric might be responsible for increasing politically-related violence.

Pointing to Karen Travers of ABC News, he said, "You're creating violence by your question...A lot of the reporters are creating violence by not writing the truth."

As Travers points out, earlier this week White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders told reporters that Trump isn't placing blame on others.

Trump Praises Violent 'Body-Slam' On Reporter

At a campaign rally last night in Montana, Donald Trump praised the state's lone congressman, Rep. Greg Gianforte, for his now-infamous physical assault on journalist Ben Jacobs of The Guardian in the spring of 2017.

Via ABC News:

"Any guy that can do a body slam, he is my type!" Trump said to cheers.

"I was in Rome with leaders when I heard about it, and I heard that he body-slammed a reporter," Trump said.

Trump said he was afraid Gianforte would lose after the moment, but then recalled, "Wait a moment, I know Montana."

Gianforte pleaded guilty and was sentenced to community service for the incident. He apologized on the night of his election victory, saying, "When you make a mistake you have to own it."

Journalists everywhere were justified in their horror at an American president cheering on physical violence against a reporter.

This comes after Trump has spent days defending the Saudi Arabian government amid mounting evidence they were involved in the disappearance of Washington Post columnist, Jamal Khashoggi.

WH Aide To Donald Trump Resigns Amid Accusations Of Abuse

A top White House aide, Rob Porter, has resigned after his two ex-wives came forward with stories of domestic abuse.

Remember, Donald Trump told us over and over how he has "the best people."

From The New York Times:

As the White House staff secretary, Rob Porter is not a public figure, but he is responsible for paper flow to the president, a job of crucial importance in the Trump administration. He frequently travels with President Trump on Air Force One, and he helped write Mr. Trump’s first State of the Union address last month.

But despite initial support from John F. Kelly, the White House chief of staff, and other West Wing staff aides, Mr. Porter announced his resignation on Wednesday, a day after his two former wives accused him in interviews of physical abuse when they were married to him.

His troubles were not a complete secret at the White House: Two people close to the White House said that the allegations against him made by his former wives, Colbie Holderness and Jennifer Willoughby, had contributed to a delay in granting him a permanent security clearance.

In a statement, Mr. Porter said that “these allegations are simply false,” even as details of the alleged abuse and photographs of one of his former wives with a black eye that she said he had given her were widely circulated.

Ms. Willoughby shared a blog post back in April of last year that, without naming Porter, described the abuse during their marriage.

Porter reportedly asked Willoughby to remove the post several times.

Here's just the beginning:

The first time he called me a "fucking bitch" was on our honeymoon. (I found out years later he had kicked his first wife on theirs.) A month later he physically prevented me from leaving the house. Less than two months after that, I filed a protective order with the police because he punched in the glass on our front door while I was locked inside. We bought a house to make up for it. Just after our one year anniversary, he pulled me, naked and dripping, from the shower to yell at me.

Everyone loved him. People commented all the time how lucky I was. Strangers complimented him to me every time we went out. But in my home, the abuse was insidious. The threats were personal. The terror was real. And yet I stayed.

Even though White House Chief of Staff John Kelly knew of the allegations since last fall, he defended Porter this week saying, “He is a friend, a confidant and a trusted professional.”

“I am proud to serve alongside him,” Kelly added.

One more detail of note: Porter is apparently now dating White House communications director Hope Hicks, who is one of the closest, most influential advisers to Trump.

Donald Trump went on another of his infamous Twitter screeds Sunday morning including retweeting a gif spliced together that appeared to show him hitting Hillary Clinton in the back with a golf ball.

The original tweeter is a user whose handle is @Fuctupmind and his bio is full of pro-Trump and anti-Hillary hashtags.

Donald Trump Acknowledges His Followers Were "Vicious" And "Violent" During Campaign

During a stop on his “thank you” tour in Orlando, President-elect Donald Trump on Friday admitted that his followers were “vicious” and “violent” during the campaign:

“You people were vicious, violent, screaming, ‘Where’s the wall? We want the wall!’ Screaming, ‘Prison! Prison! Lock her up!’ I mean you are going crazy. I mean, you were nasty and mean and vicious and you wanted to win, right?”

“But now, you’re mellow and you’re cool and you’re not nearly as vicious or violent, right? Because we won, right?”

You'll recall that during the campaign, Trump often denied violence occurred at his rallies, saying any such incidents were caused by "plants" who were paid to disrupt.

Many times, however, Trump told his crowds he would pay the legal fees of any supporter who was arrested for punching an anti-Trump protester.

More violence occurred at a Donald Trump rally in North Carolina as a self-described "Gay for Trump" supporter put a protester into a headlock and attempted to remove the protester himself.

The protester is removed by the police, and then two men (apparently a gay couple) are also ejected.

It gets sadder and sadder each day as the tone and physical threat of Trump's supporters devolves further into the muck.

New York Times Documents Coarse, Violent Language At Trump Rallies

The New York Times documents a year on the road with the Donald Trump campaign.

The Times notes the rough, violent language on display at Donald Trump rallies.

“Kill her.” “Trump that bitch!” “Build a wall — kill them all.” New York Times reporters have spent over a year covering Donald J. Trump’s rallies, witnessing so many provocations and heated confrontations at them that the cumulative effect can be numbing: A sharp sting that quickly dulls from repetition.

But what struck us was the frequency with which some Trump supporters use coarse, vitriolic, even violent language — in the epithets they shout and chant, the signs they carry, the T-shirts they wear — a pattern not seen in connection with any other recent political candidate, in any party.

Donald Trump Compares Campaign Protesters To ISIS

More violence erupted at a campaign rally for Donald Trump last night as a supporter of Trump's slapped a protester in the face.

Instead of attempting to stop the violence, Trump called the protester out, comparing him to ISIS.

From the New York Daily News:

The attacker, who was only identified as “Mike,” said he pounced on the protester because “he was yelling in my face.”

“I have my personal rights and my personal space,” he told the Albany Times-Union after the rally. “They're going to start yelling about some bulls--t, I'll snatch your ass up.”

Video of the mid-event attack showed Mike and the demonstrator facing each other — apparently arguing — as another audience member stood between the two. After a tense standoff, Mike lunged at the protester and smacked him in the face twice.

The protester was eventually removed from the rally at the Times Union Center.

Of the protester, Trump said,  “This is what's happening on the border. This is what's happening with ISIS. This is what's happening to our country, and we can't let it happen. We've got to take our country back, folks.”

That's right folks - a man yelling "Boo!" is comparable to ISIS. Got it?

Arizona: More Violence At Trump Campaign Rally

Donald Trump rallies continue to produce rage and violence as another protester was attacked during a campaign stop in Arizona yesterday.

With the GOP frontrunner on stage, a Trump supporter at a rally in Tucson viciously assaulted a protester who was being led away.

The disturbing melee pitted a kicking, punch-throwing Trump loyalist against Bryan Sanders, 33, a protester kicked out of the rally at 3 p.m. Saturday for chanting “liar” amid a rabid crowd. It was yet one more slice of mayhem following Trump and his screwball campaign across the country.

“I feel great that I'm not dead, but I am definitely in physical pain,” Sanders told the Daily News.

The Tucson resident is nursing a swollen jaw and bruised ribcage after his alleged attacker, Tony Pettway, 32, landed a brutal sucker punch to Sanders’ right jaw.

Pettway continued with a flurry of five to six punches before kicking and stomping on Sanders in a Tucson Arena stairwell.

“I have nothing against the guy that attacked me," said Sanders, who was waving a picture of Trump overlaid with the Confederate flag when Pettway walloped him. "I don’t know him. He’s just an angry person and his anger is being accentuated by the political movement.”

The assault was caught on video from at least two angles, showing a swarm of cops weaving through a crowd of Trump supporters to grab Pettway. He faces a misdemeanor assault charge in suspicion of beating up Sanders.

The two Democratic presidential contenders issued statements today in the aftermath of last night's violence at a cancelled Donald Trump rally in Chicago.

U.S. Sen. Bernie Sanders issued the following statement:

“As is the case virtually every day, Donald Trump is showing the American people that he is a pathological liar. Obviously, while I appreciate that we had supporters at Trump’s rally in Chicago, our campaign did not organize the protests.

“What caused the protests at Trump’s rally is a candidate that has promoted hatred and division against Latinos, Muslims, women, and people with disabilities, and his birther attacks against the legitimacy of President Obama.

“What caused the violence at Trump’s rally is a campaign whose words and actions have encouraged it on the part of his supporters. He recently said of a protester, ‘I want to punch him in the face.’ Another time Trump yearned for the old days when the protester would have been punched and “carried out on a stretcher.’ Then just a few days ago a female reporter apparently was assaulted by his campaign manager.

“When that is what the Trump campaign is doing, we should not be surprised that there is a response.

"The ugly, divisive rhetoric we are hearing from Donald Trump and the encouragement of violence and aggression is wrong, and it's dangerous.

"If you play with matches, you're going to start a fire you can't control. That's not leadership. That's political arson."

Donald Trump: "The Audience Hit Back. That's What We Need A Little More Of"

When asked about the arrest of one of his supporters for sucker-punching a protester on his way out of a rally, Donald Trump said, "The audience hit back. That's what we need a little more of."

Yep - his answer to the situation is that the protester, who was leaving without inciting any violence, got what he had coming to him.

Another reporter asked, "When you say things like, I want to punch a protester in the face... is it just politics or are you playing a character there?"

"Let me just tell you, we have had some violent people as protesters," Trump responded. "They are not just people saying, 'oh!' These are people that punch, these are people that are violent people."

Trump has attempted to portray the protesters, not his supporters, as violent. But no reporter covering his campaign says they've seen evidence of that. Quite the opposite. We've seen protesters raise their voices but not their fists, even as they are shoved and spit on as they exit Trump rallies.

The latest incident happened at Wednesdays'rally in Fayetteville, which was caught on camera from several angles. A white man identified as 78-year-old John McGraw approached a group of protesters and punched one, identified as Rakeem Jones, in the face.

Hope Hicks, the Trump campaign spokeswoman, called the violence unfortunate in an interview with the New York Times and said Trump's campaign had “no control” over its supporters’ behavior.

Trump Fan Who Punched Protester: "Next Time We See Him, We Might Have To Kill Him"

Update regarding the Donald Trump supporter who sucker-punched a protester at the Trumpster's North Carolina rally:

The man charged with assault and battery for punching the protester, 78 year old John McGraw, says, "The next time we see him, we might have to kill him."

"You bet I liked it. Knocking the hell out of that big mouth.

"We don’t know if he’s ISIS. We don’t know who he is, but we know he’s not acting like an American, cussing me. If he wants it laid out, I laid it out."

"He deserved it. The next time we see him, we might have to kill him. We don’t know who he is. He might be with a terrorist."

As Right Wing Watch reminds us, The Donald has offered to pay the legal fees for supporters who punch protesters. We'll see if he's a man of his word now.

Finally! Trump Fan Charged For Assault At Rally

Many across the internet were outraged over a video of a Trump supporter sucker-punching a protester who was being escorted out of a Trump rally in North Carolina.

In the video, it appeared that the protester was nabbed by the police, but the actual attacker was not addressed nor held accountable for the violent attack.

That seems to have been rectified.

The 78-year-old pony-tailed assailant, identified as John McGraw, was charged with assault and battery and disorderly conduct.

The protester, Rakeem Jones, 26, was being led out of the rally by sheriff’s officials when McGraw, who is seen on video wearing a cowboy hat, clearly reached out and punched him in the face. Jones was then detained and handcuffed by police.

At one point, someone in the crowd allegedly shouted: “Go home, n*ggers.” Local media reports that there were a total of 17 interruptions at the campaign event.
