Showstopper: "What Did I Have?" By Eydie Gormé

Someone reminded me of this tune earlier today. I've always loved the song, and Eydie sooooo delivers here.

"Wouldn't I be the late, great me if I knew how? Oh, what did I have I don't have now?

"What would I give if my old 'know how' still knew how? Oh, what did I have I don't have now?"

The idea of "Steve and Eydie" may be dated to some, but this is great singing in any decade.

A great voice gone - Eydie Gormé - "What Did I Have"

Seriously, kids. It does. Not. Get. Better. Than. This.

Despite any cliche of "Steve and Eydie" - this doll could SANG.

This girl could sing her a** off.

RIP Eydie. We are all better because you were here.
