People.com has an exclusive first look at Olivia Newton-John's new music video, "Live On," from her upcoming album with Amy Sky and Beth Nielsen Chapman - LIV ON.
"As a group, it's our intention with this album to create songs with a message of compassion and hope," said Newton-John, 68. "They are for anyone facing a time of challenge in their life, whether it is grieving a loss or on the journey to health and recovery."
"I'm so lucky to be here, and I treasure every moment of it," Newton-John told PEOPLE after beating cancer. "I don't take anything for granted."
Newton-John is also urging others to share their "LIV ON journey" to create a community of care for those impacted by cancer.
The inspiring project is a collaborative effort from Newton-John, Beth Nielsen Chapman and Amy Sky.
The album will be available digitally on Oct. 7 and on CD on Oct. 14.
