According to the latest CNN/ORC poll, President Obama is now more popular than George W. Bush, and as popular as Ronald Reagan was at the same point in their second terms.
The rise in approval is clearly tied to the improving economic conditions in the US.
The poll also finds 52% describe the U.S. economy as very or somewhat good, while 48% call it very or somewhat poor.
