Stephen Barton, shooting victim, asks that we "demand a plan"
Stephen Barton, who was one of the victims of the Aurora, CO, gun shooting tragedy this summer, asks that we hold our two Presidential candidates accountable and "demand a plan" for how they plan to stop senseless gun violence in America.
