Los Angeles based photographer Scott Hoover has just released his new app “3 Men” available at the iTunes store.

The app is a photo/ezine featuring three models per issue.

A new issue will be available each month and will be available for download within the 3MEN app. Currently available for the ipod touch, iphone and ipad, 3MEN will feature exclusive content and images with an upcoming video and interview section starting soon.

In a recent interview, Scott spoke of his inspiration behind the new app: “Creating this app has been a labor of love. I shoot so many great looking models so I have an abundance of images that will be featured in 3 Men on a monthly basis."

Scott is also producing a documentary featuring several of his favorite models and industry associates to show a light-hearted, insightful view of what goes on behind the scenes and showcase some of these models in photo shoots and short interviews:

The world of modeling for years has been primarily know as a woman's profession. Several documentaries have been produced about the journeys of female models in their pursuit of fame and fortune within the fashion industry but rarely has the male modeling side of the business been revealed.

I have been photographing models for several years now for magazine editorials and covers, fashion campaigns and my own personal projects. My photo shoots are always fun and I am able to connect with the models and we spend a lot of time talking about the industry and sharing stories about the "biz".
